First Blog Post!

Welcome to the first Exosseus blog post!  I am excited to share bits and pieces of information with you about various fields Exosseus works within to build custom-fitted casts.  As I write these blog posts, I realize there are different levels of knowledge for each particular subject or post.  I will try my best to make it so everyone can read and understand.  I am a doctoral graduate student for cell and organismal biology; others, for example, may know mechanical engineering or are physicians.  I will attempt to cover all aspects of the topic from basic to in-depth in the most interesting way possible.  Please email me if you have any comments, questions, want to learn more about the subject, or have an idea for a post in a new subject.  I will frequently post with some new and exciting information.

All information provided by Exosseus LLC is written and reviewed by me, a biology graduate student.  That being said, I do not claim the posts as medical advice nor do I claim myself an expert/professional in any particular field.  For medical advice, please consult a physician.  I adhere to the practices of writing set forth by the scientific community and will write the posts as if I were to peer-review publish them.  It is my intention to shed new light on prior publications from other researchers and to show you as the public information to stimulate knowledge.
